General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation: Vieh Heli Guesthouse

1. Scope
These terms and conditions of accommodation apply to all accommodation contracts between Metzgerwirt VIEH HELI e.U., Helmut Unterberger, Au 17, 4822 Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee, Austria (hereinafter "the accommodation") and the guest.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The accommodation contract is concluded upon the booking confirmation issued by the accommodation, regardless of whether the booking is made online, by phone or by email. By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions of accommodation.

3. Prices and Services
3.1 Room rates are per night and include statutory VAT and breakfast.
3.2 The local tourist tax of EUR 3.00 per person per night is charged directly for online bookings and is included in the booking amount.
3.3 The local tourist tax applies to persons aged 16 and over. Children and young people up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
3.4 There is no minimum stay unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Payment
4.1 For online bookings via the website, the guest's credit card is charged at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded less any applicable cancellation fee. Accepted payment methods online: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
4.2 For bookings made by phone or email, the total amount must be paid on site no later than at check-out.
Accepted payment methods on site: cash, debit card (Bankomat), Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
4.3 To guarantee reservations made by phone or in writing, the guest's credit card details are required.
The credit card is not charged in advance for this type of booking.

5. Check-in and Check-out
5.1 The room is available from 12:30 pm on the day of arrival. The reservation is held until 8 pm.
5.2 If arriving after 8 pm or outside the times stated, the guest is asked to contact the accommodation as early as possible.
5.3 For arrivals after 3 pm, check-in takes place as self check-in via the key safe. The guest receives the key code by phone at +43 664 1129718 upon arrival in front of the building.
5.4 Check-out is from 7 am until 11 am at the latest. A later check-out is possible subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
5.5 A valid photo ID and a credit card must be presented at check-in.

6. Cancellation and No-Show
6.1 Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the day of arrival.
6.2 For cancellations less than 3 days before arrival and in the event of non-arrival without prior cancellation (no-show), the price of the first night will be charged.
6.3 Cancellations must be made in writing by email to .ta.ilehheiv%40eciffo The time of receipt of the cancellation message is decisive.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no withdrawal period for accommodation contracts with a specific service period. The guest is therefore not entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Only the cancellation terms set out in section 6 apply.

8. Pets
Pets are not permitted at the accommodation.

9. Non-Smoking Policy
The entire building is a non-smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or indoor areas.

10. Liability
10.1 The accommodation is only liable for damage suffered by the guest in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10.2 The guest is liable for all damage caused by the guest or accompanying persons to the accommodation, its facilities or its furnishings.
10.3 No liability is accepted for items brought in by guests unless they have been expressly taken into safekeeping.

11. Data Protection
Personal data collected as part of the booking is processed exclusively for the purpose of performing the contract. Further information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy at viehheli.at/datenschutz.

12. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of Gmunden (Bezirksgericht Gmunden).
